Login issues and account recovery on onic

If you cannot sign in to your onic account, check the following before contacting support. Most login failures stem from forgotten credentials, disabled two-factor authentication, or account suspension pending KYC review.

Forgotten password

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. We send a password reset link to your inbox. The link expires after a set window; if you do not use it within that time, request a new one. After you reset your password, you can sign in immediately with your new credentials.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) issues

If you enabled 2FA on your onic account, a code arrives via SMS each time you log in from an unrecognized device. If you no longer have access to the mobile number linked to your account, contact onic support with your username and email. Our team can disable 2FA after you verify your identity through email or ID document upload.

Account suspension or lock

Your onic account may be temporarily locked if we detect multiple failed login attempts or unusual activity. A lock typically lasts subject to verification; after that window, you can try signing in again. If the lock persists, your account may be flagged for KYC review or fraud investigation. Contact support with your username and the email address associated with your account.

KYC verification pending

If your account shows "KYC Pending" or "KYC Expired" in your dashboard, you cannot place new wagers or withdraw funds until verification is complete. Log in, navigate to Settings, and upload the required documents: government ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds declaration. Our compliance team reviews submissions during business hours.

Sign in on mobile: Android and iOS

The onic login page works on all devices. Android users can install the APK app and sign in directly; iOS users access onic through Safari or Chrome and can create a home-screen shortcut for faster access.

Android app login

After you install the onic APK, tap the app icon on your home screen. The login form appears. Enter your username (or email) and password, then tap "Sign in". If you enabled 2FA, enter the SMS code when prompted. You remain signed in until you manually log out or clear the app's cache.

iOS browser login

Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad and navigate to onic.bet. The login page loads. Enter your credentials and tap "Sign in". If you created a home-screen shortcut, tap it to open onic in full-screen mode, then sign in as usual. Your session persists across browser refreshes.

Session security and device management

onic sessions expire after a period of inactivity. If you are signed out unexpectedly, sign in again. On shared devices, always log out before leaving. You can view active sessions in your account Settings and remotely sign out from other devices if needed.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact onic support. We can review your login history and help secure your account.

Account settings and verification on onic

After you sign in, your dashboard displays your account balance, recent transactions, and verification status. You can update your profile, manage payment methods, and review your KYC documents from the Settings menu.

Profile and contact information

In Settings, you can update your email address, mobile number, and personal details. Changes to your email or mobile number require verification — we send a confirmation code to the new address or number, and you enter it to complete the update. Your username cannot be changed after account creation.

Payment method management

Add or remove payment methods (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS, or bank accounts) from the Payments section. You can set a default payment method for deposits. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method you select at the time of the request, provided it matches your verified identity.

KYC verification status

Your KYC status appears in the Settings dashboard. Possible statuses are:

  • Not Started: You have not yet submitted KYC documents. You can place wagers but cannot withdraw.
  • Pending Review: You submitted documents and our compliance team is reviewing them. This typically takes 1–2 business days.
  • Approved: Your KYC is complete. You can deposit, wager, and withdraw without restrictions.
  • Rejected: Your submission did not meet our requirements. The dashboard shows the reason. You can resubmit corrected documents.
  • Expired: Your KYC approval has expired (typically after 12 months). Resubmit your documents to restore withdrawal access.

onic support is available through email and in-app messaging. Our team responds to inquiries during standard business hours. For urgent matters — account lockouts, suspected fraud, or payment disputes — escalate your request and it will be reviewed by a senior team member.

Send your question or issue to our support email address. Include your onic username and a clear description of the problem. We respond within standard business hours, typically within 24 hours.

In-app Live chat and messaging

Sign in to your onic account and open the Help or Support section. You can send a message directly through the platform. Our team monitors messages during business hours and responds as soon as possible.

Account security and phishing prevention

onic staff will never ask for your password, PIN, or 2FA code via email or chat. If you receive a message claiming to be from onic asking for sensitive information, do not respond. Forward the message to our support team immediately.

Always sign in to onic through the official website (onic.bet) or the official mobile app. Do not click links in unsolicited emails or messages. If you suspect a phishing attempt, report it to support and change your password.

Jurisdiction and legal access to onic

We at onic provide gaming and sportsbook services available only in jurisdictions where applicable law permits our operation.
